“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.” — Maya Angelou

Midlife has a way of asking honest questions.

For me, it came after decades of marriage, raising three daughters, and believing I knew exactly how my life would unfold. When that chapter ended, I found myself navigating loss, identity shifts, and the quiet rebuilding that follows.

It was not quick.
It was not easy.
But it was transformative.

Through my own journey, I discovered something powerful: what feels like unravelling in midlife is often the beginning of becoming.

It’s this space I now hold for other women.

Today, I work with women who find themselves at similar crossroads — after heartbreak, during transition, or in the subtle realization that something no longer fits.

My training as a certified life, health, and divorce coach supports the work, but it is lived experience that shapes it.

This is not about rushing you forward. It is about walking beside you as you realign, rebuild, and return to yourself.

You do not have to do this alone.
